Have You Heard the Buzz?
It seems that every where you turn these days, the buzz is all about tribes.
Seth Godin wrote his book called Tribes in 2008, which if you haven’t read, I HIGHLY suggest you go out and get it as soon as possible. This book will wake you up to the movement that is gaining massive momentum, and with good reason!
Perhaps you feel as if your business has stalled, or even worse, you may find yourself in a dead-end job that stifles you and holds you back from reaching your potential.
Well the great news is, that you have a choice!
Are you afraid of what it might look like to others if you step outside the box and declare yourself a leader, declare yourself an agent of change?
Well take a look at this awesome video, and see what a spirit infused with passion and unabashed bravery can make possible!
Talk about coloring outside the lines! Isn’t that fabulous?!
The bottom line is that great leaders create movements. Great leaders have a story to tell that is so alive in their heart and mind, a story that challenges the status quo and that inspires and connects people. And people loyally follow their leader, because they too see the vision, believe in it whole-heartedly and are there to make a difference and be part of something bigger than themselves.
Tribe Syndication & Blogging Alliances
What I want to share today is the movement that is happening right here in the Social Media arena, and that is the movement of tribe syndication and blogging alliances.
If you have a blog and do NOT have a tribe, then you are missing out on a critical piece of the puzzle!
Essentially, there is a gathering of like-minded, conscious and passionate entrepreneurs on a mission to give and receive value in such a way that allows everyone involved to accelerate their learning and gain massive exposure. And yes, like that video you just watched above….we ARE having that much fun!!!
Imagine participating in a group with a huge range of skill sets, where there was a forum to ask your questions, answer questions and do it all at lightning speed that just would not be possible without the power of a tribe.
Now keep in mind, that for the tribe to work, it takes an exchange of energy. You reap what you sow. So while you can choose to play at whatever level works for you, the more you give the more you get in return. This is a basic life principles that shows up very strongly in the tribe community!

I saw the comment you left on my blog and of course I had to come see what you were up too. I had to smile….
As you mentioned we are in sync once again. Gee…I wonder why that is?
It has been a joy to get to know you but the funny thing is…we haven’t even been in the same power hour group yet. It just shows how diverse and dynamic being a part of a tribe can be. I can only imaging what it will be like when we’re in the same power hour group.
I’m having FUN too!

This is great – and it’s such a great way to connect to community and help each other in an organized fashion. I think people get overwhelmed sometimes and don’t know where to start, how to dig in and find their community. This is a way to create that easily and meaningfully…thanks for sharing the love!!!

Flash mobs are awesome to watch, all the time. Most people do it for free, mainly because they just want to be a part of something, isn’t that what we all want?

i happened to be in a mall at Christmas time when a flash mob happened and it was really the most beautiful moment… the sang a Christmas carol, about 50 people and then were gone.. just amazing
