Chocolate Chia Avocado Pudding

A kid-approved, nutrient-dense, decadent superfood snack, Chocolate Chia Avocado Pudding. No chemicals, preservatives, refined sugars....just pure, raw, real food deliciousness!
  • 2 small-medium avocados or 1 large
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey (preferably raw)
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk (I use this BPA free coconut milk)
  • ¼ cup chia seeds (you do NOT need to grind chia seeds like is necessary with flax seeds.)
  • 1-2 tsp. Organic vanilla
  • ½ tsp. Organic Cinnamon
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender (I use my Vitamix), and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Enjoy as is, or use it as a dip for berries. Yum!
