Chocolate Cranberry Larabar Hearts

A delicious, deeply satisfying and nutritious treat that you will feel GREAT sharing with your kids on Valentine's Day and beyond!
  • ½ C. raw cashews
  • ½ C. raw walnuts
  • 8 Medjool Dates or 1 C. pitted dates of choice
  • ¼ Cacoa Powder
  • ¼ Dried Cranberries
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • ½ tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1-2 T. Hemp Hearts
  1. In your food processor, mix everything together until a sticky, workable dough is formed.
  2. Shape into balls to form the dough, then press down until they are your desired thickness.
  3. Press down with a heart shaped cookie cutter, removing the excess and reworking into another ball of dough to repeat. I keep a bowl with water next to me, as I find that a touch of water on my hands helps this process.
  4. Store in refridgerator and enjoy!
