Longing for a Shamrock Shake this St. Patty's Day, but not wanting the excessive amounts of processed sugars and food coloring in the drive through variety? This shake is made from nourishing, real food, and is not just healthy but delicious!
Ingredients
  • 1 C. coconut milk (I recommend Native Forest)
  • 1 medium avocado
  • ½ C. lightly packed mint leaves
  • 1 C. spinach
  • 1-2 T. honey (maple syrup for vegans)
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 C. crushed ice
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in high powered blender.
  2. Blend to desired consistency.
  3. Enjoy the delciousness - it tastes like minty soft serve ice cream!
  4. Serving Suggestion: I Pairs well with a rainbow of fruit with scrambled eggs for the clouds. A complete Shamrockin' Breakfast to fuel your kids day!
