A powerful fat-blasting, anti-inflammatory, detoxifying smoothie to set you straight!
Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut milk (BPA free cans like Native Forest or Natural Value are best)
  • 1 apple, skin on
  • 1 beet
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 tsp. Matcha Powder
  • ½ -1 in. piece of ginger or 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp. Turmeric
  • ice as desired
