Rejection demotivates me and i don't like it as it may affect my work. I read this blog somewhere and i was inspired to try it. Much to my surprise, my write up was posted and the blog owner was really grateful and ask if i could do guest post again. I was really happy and since then i've been writing guest post. I'm a huge fan of a book called The Passion Test. If you want to get out of your job, then find your passion and begin small. Find a way to start monetizing your passion in whatever time you can commit each week. I also recommend the book Crush It. In terms of moving ~ I just moved from San Francisco to Austin, leaving behind an AMAZING community of friends, that quite honestly, I don't know if I can replace. But I know that being me, and involving myself in my new community in activities and at places that resonate with who I am, I will attract like minded folks and build those new friendships. I think everyone has felt that to a greater or lesser degree. The thing to keep in mind is that every success story exists BECAUSE of the failures that became learning lessons along the way.
